Erika Kauzlarich-Bird 

Her passion for people and business began early—by age 5, she was helping run her parents' insurance office and selling raffle tickets for local associations. That same tenacity led her into real estate at 19, working alongside her mother and sisters. By 2004, she became a broker and launched two companies: Real Estate Expediter and Triple D Realty.

Deeply involved in her community, Erika served as President of SRAR’s Santa Clarita Division in 2012 and has been a Director for both the San Fernando Valley and California Association of Realtors since 2012. She’s also acted as a key legislative contact for her district.

Her accolades include SRAR’s President’s Awards (2010, 2021), Realtor of the Year (2011), and WCR’s Entrepreneur of the Year (2012). She was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2019 and is currently an active agent at Equity Union.

Outside of real estate, Erika finds her greatest joy in family life with her husband Brandon and daughter Kailey. Raised in a western lifestyle, she spends her free time horseback riding and competing—living each day with drive, balance, and fearless positivity.

Jeremiah Perry As a proud lifelong Coloradan, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the unique charm and lifestyle our state offers. My passion for real estate began in high school and has grown ever since, culminating in the recent purchase of my first home in July 2025.
